Manuscripts should be submitted in Word/PDF format and formatted using the ICWNDT2014 camera-ready available at iwnt.com/icwndt2014. Submissions are limited to 8 pages, USD 20(250000 Rials)  per extra page. All submissions will be refereed for quality, originality, and relevance by the Scientific Committee. Accepted papers will be considered for "Best Paper Award."
 ·      Official language is English in paper writing and presenting.
 ·      Any submission must not have been, or will not be published elsewhere or submitted to another conference or journal before the review notification date of this conference. .
The final version of the paper must be prepared in WORD/PDF, adhering to the Template format. Paper submission will be done electronically via Email to Both Conference Secretariat and Scientific Chairman ( Dr.H.Sabet) as:
